06 - 1 yellow bell pepper
07 - 16 black olives, pitted

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker flat as the base and spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly over it.
03 - Lay a slice of cheddar cheese on the cracker, then top with a few cucumber strips and carrot matchsticks.
04 - Place another cracker on top, spread cream cheese, then add a slice of Swiss cheese, bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Continue layering until the stack has 5 crackers, alternating cheeses and vegetables to provide color and balanced flavors.
06 - Insert one chive stem vertically along the side of the stack. Fix an olive slice at the top as the head and add two small carrot pieces as ossicones (horns).
07 - If needed, stabilize the stack with a toothpick. Repeat the entire process to create 4 stacks.
