# Step-by-Step Guide:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Toss chicken thighs in the marinade mixture until evenly coated.
