# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until slightly firm, about 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook vegan chorizo slices for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
