05 - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set oven temperature to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mix roasted acorns, oak nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds evenly.
03 - In a small bowl, blend olive oil, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper; drizzle over nut and seed mixture and toss to coat uniformly.
04 - Spread the coated mixture in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
