Ingredients
- Meat: 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 or lean)
- Stuffing & Seasoning: 1 box (6 oz/170 g) Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
- Liquids: 1 cup (240 ml) water or milk
- Eggs: 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, water or milk, and eggs. Mix until just combined do not overmix.
- Step 3:
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it evenly into the pan.
- Step 4:
- Bake for 4555 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Step 5:
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
