- Cured Meats: 100 g prosciutto, 100 g salami, sliced, 100 g smoked ham, sliced
- Crackers & Breads: 150 g assorted crackers (such as water crackers, seeded crackers), 1 small baguette, sliced, 50 g breadsticks
- Fresh & Dried Fruit: 1 cup red grapes, halved, 1 cup green grapes, halved, 1 pomegranate, seeds only, 2 clementines, peeled and segmented, 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/2 cup dried figs
- Nuts: 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- Festive Extras: 1/3 cup cranberry sauce or red fruit chutney, 1/3 cup honey (with honey dipper), 1/2 cup marinated olives, 1/4 cup cornichons or mini gherkins, Seasonal fresh herbs (such as rosemary sprigs, for garnish)
