Ingredients
- Cheeses: 150 g Brie, sliced, 150 g Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled or sliced, 150 g Goat cheese, log or rounds, sliced, 150 g Comté or Gruyère, sliced or cubed
- Honey: 100 g honeycomb, 80 ml floral honey (e.g., acacia or lavender)
- Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red or green grapes, 1 small handful of dried apricots, 1 small handful of walnuts or almonds, 1 pear, sliced, 1 apple, sliced, 1 baguette, sliced, Crackers or crispbread, as desired
- Garnish (optional): Edible flowers, Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Arrange the cheeses on a large serving board or platter spacing them apart for easy access:
- Place the honeycomb in a small bowl or directly on the board. Pour the floral honey into a small jar or bowl with a honey dipper:
